2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one arr66 account. 4.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally authorised to use for gambling purposes. arr66 does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party payment sources on behalf of another person.

5.1 arr66 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional credits to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 arr66 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has begun to participate, arr66 will honour any bonus credit already granted subject to applicable wagering requirements.
5.4 Abuse of arr66 promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to receive multiple bonuses, exploiting promotional mechanics, or coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially — may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of the Member's account.
6.1 All games available on arr66 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule will prevail in respect of that game only.
6.2 All sportsbook bets are subject to the arr66 sportsbook rules, including rules on void bets, postponed events, and settlement disputes. Decisions made by arr66's sportsbook operations team on the settlement of disputed bets are final.
6.3 arr66 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds — regardless of whether the bet has been accepted and regardless of the outcome of the event. arr66 will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from such voidance.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, arr66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the arr66 platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, platform downtime, payment processing delays, or unauthorised account access.
9.3 arr66's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member into their arr66 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits arr66's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by arr66's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10.1 arr66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. arr66 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools, all accessible from within each Member's account settings.
10.2 arr66 reserves the right — and in certain cases is obligated — to intervene in a Member's account where there are indicators of problem gambling behaviour, including imposing mandatory deposit limits, requiring a break period, or implementing a temporary account suspension pending a welfare check.
10.3 All arr66 Members must be 21 years of age or older. This age restriction exists to comply with international gaming authority standards and is enforced through mandatory KYC verification.

11.1 arr66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where arr66 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform.
11.2 Where an account is closed for reasons other than a violation of these Terms or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, net of any applicable bonus wagering obligations.
11.3 Members may request voluntary closure of their arr66 account at any time by contacting arr66 customer support via live chat. Account closures related to problem gambling will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed accordingly.
11.4 Where an account is suspended or closed for violation of these Terms, arr66 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, particularly where that balance is linked to fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or other prohibited conduct.

Where amendments are material, arr66 will endeavour to notify active Members via the platform's notification system or by email to the registered address. 13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which arr66 is incorporated and licensed to operate, without reference to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to arr66's customer support team for informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.
13.3 arr66's decisions on game outcomes, bet settlement, and the application of these Terms are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedures described above.
